The 2012-2013 series of Frontiers in Gastroenterology and Hepatology is held every Friday morning. Sessions are held from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. To register, please send your name and mailing address to the Frontiers CME Coordinator listed below.

There is no registration fee required to attend this program. However, if you wish to receive Continuing Medical (CME) Education Credit, you will need to complete the application form provided to you at the end of the series and pay a certificate processing fee of $40. An application and a CME credit report will be sent to you after the conclusion of the series in June 2013.

Important Attendance Note:
Always remember to sign-in with the Frontiers CME Coordinator for each week you attend. CME credit cannot be issued for your attendance without a valid signature.
